You may return in original condition, uninstalled merchandise if you are not completely satisfied with your order by obtaining an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All products must be received by within 30 days from your order reception date. Regardless of the RMA date, the merchandise must be received in our warehouse, please allow enough transit time for us to receive it.
Products returned must be in new condition, unopened, unused, in original packaging (including pallets and shrink wrapping), uninstalled, and include all packing materials, registration cards, and other accessories and be received within 40 days of the original shipping BL date.
The merchandise must be shipped back palletized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet. The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs back to our warehouse(s). It is the customer sole responsibility that we receive the product in its original undamaged condition.

Shipping Charges:

You are responsible for all shipping fees to and from your location on ALL returns, even though some items are marked as “Free Shipping.” does not cover the shipping charges on returns. Shipping charges are incorporated into the sale price and are shown separately on your invoice when the product is shipped to you. Therefore, there is a minimum 15% fee of total price for original shipping on returns. For all returns original shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If any product is shipped in error on our end, we will gladly schedule a pick up and replace the product, we will pay all related shipping charges to and from your location.
Important: All returned merchandise is carefully inspected upon receipt. Before attempting to obtain an RMA number you should read very well the return policy. Refunds are granted based on the condition of the returned items.
• 100% Refund – Unopened or opened box, and everything, including product and packaging, is in its exact original condition, product never installed.
• Refurbishment charges – Merchandise received in an opened box, product is not the exact original condition and requires refurbishing, such as incorrectly packed or missing packing materials, missing instructions, or wrinkled, etc. at its own discretion may accept the product by deducting a restocking fee of up to 30% off the original merchandise selling price not including shipping charges.
• Partial refund or no refund – Any product open box, signs of wear, or items missing, damaged, dented, dirty, bent, or not working, modified or altered and items appears to have been used or installed including but not limited to any type of scratches or marks on product (screw holes, missing screws, cut or bend wires etc.), or damaged on the return are subject to partial or no refund. at its own discretion can be as fair as possible determining and evaluating the return condition of the merchandise. If the refund amount isn’t acceptable to you have the option to pre-pay the shipping charge and have the item send back to you.
Any deliveries refused for any reason other than shipping damage must be handled the same as a merchandise return. 
If product is damaged on the return, you the shipper must file the claim report with the carrier. All products must be carefully packed otherwise carriers may decline claims if packing is insufficient. It is extremely important that you pack your return products with utmost care with extra packing material, such as Styrofoam, paper or other dead fill if necessary by placing the original box into another box. If the merchandise is shipped palletized to you then the merchandise must be shipped back to palletized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet.
Always use a reputable company that you can be able to trace your shipment back to us. Retain your tracking number for at least 90 days after shipping your product.

Return Procedure:


You can return all or part of your order please email your request to to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
1-Before returning a product you should get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items received without a RMA will be refused and you will be liable for the returning shipping fee. Items received without an RMA will not be refunded, but will be available for return to you provided that you pay return shipping fees.
2- Polarhomesupply has a 30 day return policy, but returns of products delivered more than 40 days are not accepted.
3- Brand new, uninstalled products in its original brand new condition may be returned for a refund after getting the RMA number.
4-An RMA has 15 day validity, therefore products must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date, or 30 days from the shipping date whichever comes first. Otherwise products received after this period will not be refunded and will be available for returning to you upon paying the additional return shipping fees.
5-Products must be returned to the location stipulated in the RMA, make sure to request confirmation of the specific address for returns.
6- Make sure that all the components and accessories you originally received from are included, as well as the installation manuals, user’s manuals, service manuals unopened and in clean condition.
7-Any component/part that shows signs of installation is not eligible for return.
8-Your products must be packed carefully to prevent damages during shipping. The merchandise must be shipped back palletized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet. If your unit suffers damage in transit you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
9-The RMA number must be attached to the box in a clear plastic pouch and a copy MUST BE provided inside the box as well, with the documentation package. Please do not scratch or write any sign or note on the units boxes.
10-Get proof of shipment and insure it, since you are the shipper and responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if a return product is lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping arrangements (pick up) can only be made by using an authorized shipping company appointed by; usually it will be the same company that delivered your order.
